WHY PREVENT BURNOUT?

Burnout is a state of mental, emotional, and physical exhaustion that is caused by prolonged stress at work. Once it kicks in, burnout expresses itself in the feelings of tiredness, lack of interest and motivation, and cynicism and ineffectiveness.
